Target Brandywine OG Jeep Return Experience

I did curbside pick up and I looked the jeep over well. It had purple paint scratches on the right front side over the wheel well. And non of the controls worked. This item was unacceptable as it was supposed to be a gift. I returned it immediately to the return counter. The customer service representative on duty was a very poor example for a customer service return representative.

    From Battat Team team
Hi Tammy - We are sorry to hear that you had a less than acceptable customer service experience at Target. Unfortunately, as the manufacturer, we have no control over the retail experience. We encourage you to contact the Customer Service Department at Target to share your story. We do hope that you were able to find an Our Generation Off Roader for your gift. We know the recipient would be thrilled to receive this unique toy vehicle! Sincerely, Team Battat
