Disney Frozen 2 Elsa Costume - Disney store

For a $50 kiddie dress I should at least receive all the parts. We were missing the blue pants to go under the dress. Very disappointing. No way I can return it for a refund after my daughter saw it.

This dress is such high quality! We received the correct size dress and correct matching pants. It will be perfect for Halloween and just playing dress up.

I purchased this item 2 times for my 3 year old and each time ONLY the dress arrived and not the light blue travel pants as seen in the image. Each time I called target and told them The issue, they gave me a refund. Unfortunately the issue is not fixed though. Target told me to try to purchase it again at a later date and offered a slight discount which I had to call back to receive. I asked why they wouldn't send me an email proactively after they conduct their investigation as to why the pants are missing. They said that they don't do that and I have to purchase the product again. I then said I had a similar experience with another company and they sent me the product for free as an apology for the stress and extra time it took for me to call. Target said they don't do that either. So, at the end of the day, I'm supposed to call them back for a small discount, try to purchase the dress for a third time hoping it's correct and wait to see when it arrives. Why would anyone do that? Thats just stupid. Terrible customer service. Don't buy this dress if you are expecting to also receive the blue travel pants as a complete costume.

poor quality. only 3 uses and the fabric of the sleeves became ugly. I haven't washed it yet. $50 is not worth it. 👎👎😒

It’s a pretty costume, I just wish Disney/Target would have found a better way to secure the light blue leggings that were supposed to be included in the costume. Ordered it for in-store pickup: no leggings. Went in to do an even exchange, but several of these dresses were either missing the leggings entirely or they were swapped with different sizes. I ended up returning it and then having it shipped to me—except the one shipped to me ALSO had no leggings. I know this isn’t a big deal in the scheme of things but if you’re going to advertise a multi-component costume only for one of the components not be secure to the packaging—enough so that it’s practically impossible to find one that has all the right components—it’s false advertising.

My little girl loved this dress, it's beautiful and good quality

It runs huge! My 6 almost 7 year old will be swimming in this! I ordered 7-8 but I don’t know if it will fit this year.

The dress showed up completely destroyed on the bottom. The bag wasn’t ripped so it came damaged from the warehouse. Extremely disappointed that you would send out an expensive item in such poor condition. My child was looking forward to wearing the dress and was devastated to find out we had to send it back.

Product did not come with blue pants as pictured.

Terrible and overpriced. My daughter is tall and slim, and the sizing was so strange. Pants were baggy but the chest/arm area was much too tight. She also complained that it was too scratchy inside. Returning!

My daughter HAD to wear this for Halloween. It should be a red flag when the clothing says “do not wash- do not dry” it looks cheap and feels cheap

Trousers did not come with item as described. The dress itself is very cute and great quality though!

Pants/trousers were not received. Disappointed as this is the entire reason my daughter wanted this costume. Description of item clearly states that the dress and trousers are included.

Ordered it twice a month apart and both were missing the pants. Otherwise it's nice as far as costumes go. Doesn't feel that cheap as it isn't cheap.

Daughter loves that they come with pants. Panels in the back are also removable.

This item came in a plastic wrap with a target tape around it like it had been returned. Note very presentable for a gift

This is one of those glittery costumes you’ll never stop seeing glitter come out of and actually you’re not *supposed* to wash them in the machine which feels dumb to me. After all they’re kids…

This is a good quality Elsa costume. My daughter loves it and it fits true to size.

Pretty dress, better than average quality, but it was HUGE. I ordered a 5/6 for my 5 year old and it was big enough for an 8 year old, so I replaced it with a size 4 which fit great.

The glitter is gone , poor quality
