Rao's Made For Home Chicken Alfredo Frozen Meal -  8.4oz

The chicken was gross, I had to pick it out of the meal. Alfredo sauce was thin and not very flavorful. The pasta was good.

Roas is my favorite go to easy frozen dinner meal for my family. It is so easy yet delicious! The price is right for the quality and flavor. It leaves no after taste what so ever and freshness is subpar.

This used to be the best frozen chicken Alfredo. Now the sauce is watery and tastes just like every other chicken Alfredo out there. Will stop purchasing.

This was my favorite frozen dinner, and now it's been ruined. The pasta has changed to a lesser quality and is no longer the spirals, and the sauce is now low quality and thin. Extremely disappointing for all of us who have enjoyed this great meal for so long.

The absolute worst chicken Alfredo on the market. It blew up in my microwave after 3 minutes which is what is said to do. Sauce went everywhere and the sauce is water. You can’t make the sauce thicker? The noodles fall off the fork every bite. Why is the sauce water? It’s suppose to be thicker.

Please bring back the old shape of the pasta! Ugh why mess with a good thing!

I purchased the Rao's frozen Chicken Alfredo last week and tried it today. First during the initial cycle in the microwave the closed film around the edge of the container did not keep the alfredo sauce from coming out all over the inside of our microwave. I had to clean the microwave after each cycle. Then I tried a few pieces of chicken and found one piece was not edible white meat. It was all grizzle. I was so grossed out by it I threw out the rest of this product. I will never purchase another Rao's frozen product again

Absolutely great probably one of the best frozen chicken Alfredo's i have ever had and I am a huge alfredo fan.

Packaging explicitly states to leave film on in the oven, film proceeded to melt and burn ruining the meal and my air quality.

Made according to directions in 1100W microwave, step one, 3 minutes on high, the package comes pre-vented on one corner. Out that corner pours a mess of hot alfredo sauce. Be prepared to do some heavy duty cleanup. Quality of food however was pretty alright

The frozen entree is awesome. Even if at times it can be hard to find. (Sold out) As other have stated, you cannot cook the entrée without it boiling over onto the microwave plate. The solution that I find works best is to turn the entrée upside down and push from the bottom until a frozen brick hits the plate. Then microwave following the instructions. No more microwave cleanups.

Really good, gonna stock up on these, a bit pricey tho

Followed instructions exactly as listed and the alfredo sauce spilled into the microwave. There were no holes whatsoever. I bought it before with no issues. Maybe I just got a bad batch or my batch had too much sauce.

There were barely an chicken and it was runny. I am a big fan of the sauce so I assume this would be delicious. I would never buy this again. Sorry :(

Bought this as a step up from another brand. Liked their sauces so expected a nice meal. It was - in a word - awful. The "creamy alfredo sauce" was watery and tasteless. The chicken was unappetizing and looked like scraps. Tossed most away. At the time, I also bought the meatballs in sauce and the lasagna - hoping for better.

Bought this a few days ago and was skeptical at first because I am not a fan of frozen meals whatsoever but this caught my eye cause I like the sauces. Finally gave it a try and I love it! You do lose some of the sauce but just mix the remaining sauce with the noodles and chicken and it’s still really good. Will definitely be repurchasing!!

I cooked this according to the instructions, and it overflowed twice. I ended up losing a lot of the sauce in the bottom of my microwave. :-( Rao’s is usually good quality, but that doesn’t really matter if you can’t eat it. And now I have a big mess to clean up.

I wish I saw these reviews before buying this. I love Rao's other frozen varieties, but this was a total miss and mess. Like others experienced, the plastic covering gave way and the sauce oozed out of the carton while I was microwaving it. The sauce was very liquidy and I didn't trust it was cooked properly, so I had to throw it in the trash. Will never buy this variety again. I'm very disappointed considering how expensive these items are. I hope Rao's can make this right by me, and fix their packaging.

lets be real, it’s a freezer meal you can’t expect perfection but I found it scarf up delicious with a few minor tweaks to my liking. I added salt (saltoholic here), good amount of pepper, smidge of garlic powder & Parmesan to thicken up the sauce plus more cheese? Who could really complain. With these it was amazingggggg! I should note I also reheated in the oven bc everything in a microwave is subpar. I will say straight after the intended cooking time before my doctoring it tasted a lil plastic-y which was a tad concerning. I mean it’s in a cardboard dish but there is the plastic film. I’ve oven heated a many things with the film & never got this taste so idk if that was the food itself or a lesser quality film but it honestly didn’t stop me from eating it although can’t say I’d buy it again with this bit of sketchy possible plastic leaching. So Rao this is something I’d def look into if I were you.

The sauce is very good. Chicken pieces were decent, but a fairly good amount of them I think next time, I will stir in some mushroom pieces at the halfway mark.
