Q: how much weight can it hold?

A: Hello JAG, the Sterilite 70 Qt Ultra Latch Box is made of polypropylene, and is designed for general household storage. Most household storage purposes do not require suggested weight limitations. Our products have not been specifically tested for various weight potential, and we suggest consumers not overload them. This could cause distortion or eventual damage.
