Designed by Minka Aire, the Xtreme H2O is a wet rated ceiling fan ideal for use on porch or patio areas. It features a sleek, eight blade design that comes in a handsome oil-rubbed bronze finish motor and is paired with oil-rubbed bronze finish ABS blades. Minka always makes great fans! This one I used in my personal house. Easy install, good quality. Pro tip, make sure if you are installing several Minka fans at the same time, you follow the directions about pairing the fans and the remotes.

I have this fan in my 20 ft ceiling living room (utilizing 72" downrod) - it is fabulous. This fan does a terrific job moving the air (initially I was hesitant as the blade pitch seemed less-than ideal -- however, that is not an issue). It has lots of speed options as well. I highly recommend this Minka product.

Super fan…it is quiet, spins very smoothly, blows a lot of air, has 6 speeds so you can adjust the amount of air a good bit, and it looks great…I have a darker brown wooden ceiling on my elevated outside deck. This 65" Minka Aire Xtreme H20 Bronze looks great with it. The remote is convenient and easy to use. I have had this fan for 10 months now. I like to give things a decent amount of time before I do a review about it. Bottom line is, I would certainly buy this same fan again. I think that's the best indication if something is worth recommending. It was shipped to me quickly too. Some may think it's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I didn't want some loud, vibrating, ugly looking ceiling fan on my new deck.

Fan looks wonderful on our patio. Moves a lot of air, no wobble, no noise and wet rated. 10' ceiling, so we added 12" down rod and the Minka Aire light kit. The light kit has a bright LED and is dimmable with the included 6 speed remote control. The Xtreme H2O was exactly what we were looking for. Buy it, you will be happy too.
