    Strange dirty/dusty marks embedded in the glass of an otherwise beautiful lamp

    We finally installed our new lamp, and it is a beautiful lamp. However the glass looks like maybe some sort of a coating was applied over dirty/dusty glass. We have carefully cleaned each glass panel and you can still see the dirty/dusty marks. It even looks like there are fingerprints in the dust. These marks are embedded in the glass. This has nothing to do with the speckled look of the glass - it is definitely something else. We would love to know if anyone else has encountered this, and if so were you able to remedy the problem? We have been trying to contact the manufacturer, but have not yet had any success doing so.

    Glass Won't Come Clean

    Glass panels won't come clean. Smudges, dust and smears that will absolutely will not come off! Even washed in the dishwasher with no results? Couldn't find that there was a protective coating to peel off. Would be a beautiful fixture other than that. If you like "dirty glass" this is for you, otherwise you may want to reconsider...

    lovely, try it!

    i loved how versatile & simplie this pendant was when I first saw it but thought it was too large for our entry when other reviewers had 2 story huge entries. However, I bought it to check size & once hung, is perfect. I wouldn’t want it smaller! Our entry is 8’x 8ft with 2 sides totally open & sloping 10-12 ft ceiling.

    Entry fixture

    Love the look of this fixture in our entry, but the quality was a bit of a challenge for our electrician. He managed to make it work, but it needed some adjustments. Very happy with the outcome.

    Great update to our entryway

    Our recent light fixture update included a new entryway light. This one is perfect for our completely covered patio entryway. The packaging says the light is not designed or approved for exterior mounting, but try finding exterior lights -- GOOD LUCK. Because of the secluded entryway design, we are confident this will be fine in the location where I installed it. We love it.
