I personally was never a big fan of gel based deodorants BUT I also had not used them in a long time because I thought they just weren’t right for me. Now that I was able to try Secret’s Relaxing Lavender scented gel deodorant, I think I may be a gel deodorant girly as well! It smells amazing, it works so well and lasts so long throughout the day. Yes, I do apply about 2 times a day but because I’m 37 weeks pregnant and feel like it makes me feel better when I do that. It’s not necessary though because I still smell it on me even when I go to reapply it. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to change to a different scent other than shower fresh or powder scent, this scent is incredibly refreshing as well and just smells so nice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been testing out the aluminum, antiperspirant deodorant for about 2 weeks now and I am pleasantly surprised. I have only ever used one other gel deodorant in my life and I didn’t like it. I was worried this was going to make my armpits feel wet all day or stick to my shirt but this did the complete opposite. It feels very refreshing to put into my underarms and the scent truly is calming. The scent is pretty strong when you put it on but after a while the scent will dissipate. I am so glad I got to try out this deodorant!

It has a light, refreshing lavender fragrance. Strong enough to keep me smelling fresh, but not too overwhelming or headache inducing. It seems to last a day for me - effectively controlling my underarm odor and sweat for 24 hours, not 72 hours as advertised. The gel glides on effortlessly and dries pretty quickly. It does have that typical "wet" feeling initially. No noticeable transfer on my clothing. I haven't noticed any irritation or redness following use.
