    This is such a great heater! The flame looks real and the heat is effective and warms up a space quickly. It is a pleasure to sit around the “stove” as one would around a fire pit, and watch the ‘flames’. It is also safe for children to be around because the outside surfaces do not get hot. It is light weight and easy to move. Great buy!

    Quit working after 6 months and about 2 dozen uses (if that). E3 code even though nothing blocking the vents and unit is spotless. Heater won’t engage. Now it’s just a pretty picture of moving flames.

    This worked well for a little while. But then like so many other reporting on so many other websites, this thing push the button it flickered and then never came back again. Will not work from the remote or from the unit itself. There's clearly a defect in these models and they're still selling them to people like us. They profit and then don't stand behind them. Shame on you I would not recommend this to anybody! Save your money.
