    Bad product, bad purchase.

    We purchased 2 of these for our screened back porch. Purchased in December 2020, both stopped functioning within 3 weeks of each other in June and July of 2024. I expect a much longer life from something so costly, edpecially a ceiling fan.

    Very disappointed with the airflow from this fan. I expected much more given the blade pitch. I never received the down rod I ordered and had to purchase one elsewhere.

    Fan is great and would be a five start review if no light is to be added. The provided remote fan / light control only has on/off for the light control. Lamps Plus does not have a remote control for this fan with a light control set up to dim any kind of lights (They should be optimized for leds in today's world) Every other fan/light control I have seen provides light dimming, so this was a surprise.
