It has the right amount of cushion and it supports your back in the right place. The instructions were very clear to assemble which only took me about 25 minutes to put together. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am reading this chair as “Average.” It was a little difficult to put together, the holes did not line up easily. I assemble items for a living, and had difficulty. It is also very hot after sitting in it for a little while. I do like the way it looks once put together. The leather is very soft, and it rolls smoothly. Also goes up, down and spins easily.

I purchased this chair because it seemed like it was an ivory/off-white hue in the photos. I also purchased it because it has a "tilt mechanism". When I received it I noticed that the upholstery was pretty snow-white. The white in person also almost seems a bit green at the creases. The hint of green is usually a sign of not-so-great-quality-white, whether it's in the paint/dye or fabric itself. (This is made in China.) Also, after sitting in the chair one time, the seat & back got really creased up and the cushions weren't well aligned. Over time I assume it'll only get worse. I also though based off the photos that these back cushions would be more tighter together, but I was wrong. The tilt mechanism might as well be non-existent. It's abysmal. You maybe tilt 5-10 degrees. It basically just feels like there's a loose screw when you try to tilt. Putting the chair together was not an easy feat either. It comes with a set of picture instructions. When I tried putting it together, I got frustrated because the screws wouldn't screw in a lot of the times, unless it was absolutely exactly at the right spot. I had to tug on the metal bar on some parts to make the screw go in place. Overall disappointed in this chair. Will be returning.
