Q: Question or clarification. Up above someone asked if this chair swiveled as well as reclines. one answer you say it does and another answer says it does not sooo does it swivel or not.

  • A: Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. Our apologies for the confusion. This chair does not swivel; it only reclines electronically. It features 2 side buttons; 1 is to recline the sofa and the 2nd is to return it back to its upright position.

Reclines but doesn't swivel

I purchased this because it states that it reclines and swivels. It DOES NOT swivel. It's a beautiful chair. Its comfortable. I'm just very disappointed that it doesn't swivel. Not sure if I will keep or return. The specifications needs to be corrected.
