If you’ve been to one of our restaurants, you know that Momofuku is serious about good food.

We were founded by Chef David Chang in New York. We’ve opened restaurants around the world and now we’re bringing our flavors to your kitchen.

We’ve partnered with A-Sha Foods of Taiwan to make these air-dried, never-fried noodles. They’re flavor-packed like the dishes Momofuku is known for. Plus, like all A-Sha noodles, they have 11 grams of protein per serving and are made from simple, quality ingredients.

    The new Soy & Scallion Noodles are a home run.

    Loved the larger sauce pack. The noodles themselves better than ever. Flavor was complete as there was no need to add additional seasoning to the dish. You'll like these either as a first-timer or back to your faves.

    New and improved!

    The noodles are thicker and more substantial now. Better at holding the sauce and better chewing. The old ones never had enough sauce with them until these. I like to add a lot of ingredients and seasoning to mine so this works a lot better. They were already the best ramen noodles around, but these are def improved!

    Upgraded noodles and more sauce make all the difference!

    I prepared the new noodles side by side with the original Soy & Scallion noodles so I could get the comparison fresh in my mind and my mouth. The new Soy & Scallion noodles have a bit more chew to them than the original noodles and they're slightly wider both of which are a great improvement. The sauce has a richer flavor and it clings to the noodles a little bit better which makes each bite that much more flavorful. The scallions to top the noodles are a really great splash of color and a little bit of contrast to the sauce. These are a great upgrade for Momofuku and I can't wait to try the other flavors!

    Tasty, easy dinner

    These noodle packs are definitely improved. The sauce has so much more flavor and clings better to the noodles. I let my kids try mine and they immediately wanted bowls of their own! The noodles are nicely chewy and the sauce is super cravable. Very easy to make!

    Ramen is BACK on my menu!

    I have not eaten ramen for many years, because of the cheap and frankly low quality of offerings at the store. My first order of the Soy & Scallion Noodles and I am hooked. I served this with a stir fry and it was so good that I ate it two days in a row. Bravo!
