If you’ve been to one of our restaurants, you know that Momofuku is serious about good food.

We were founded by Chef David Chang in New York. We’ve opened restaurants around the world and now we’re bringing our flavors to your kitchen.

We’ve partnered with A-Sha Foods of Taiwan to make these air-dried, never-fried noodles. They’re flavor-packed like the dishes Momofuku is known for. Plus, like all A-Sha noodles, they have 11 grams of protein per serving and are made from simple, quality ingredients.

    Real style of noodles

    First off their better than those, Ramens. I love that you include the soy sauce and the scallions, the noodles has a nice texture when their done. I love that the noodles are in a rounded style.

    excellent product

    Product arrived in good shape. Easy to fix and just delicious. 1 packet is perfect for one person. I added shrimp and next time would probably add some vegetables too.

    SCRUMPTIOUS !!!

    I bought all 4 items, but have only tried the Soy & Scallion noodles...I have to state that I have never used the word scrumptious when doing a review....they were SCRUMPTIOUS !! What an incredible chew...the flavors were delicately intense...looking forward to experiencing the other three items I purchased...
