I bought this for the compact style for our second home. We have a commercial style at home that cost $2,000. I was truly amazed at the functionality of this one and the price! My cousin was at our home and tried this compact version. She went home and ordered one for herself. I recommend this product. I would even buy this as a gift the price point is great for this vibration plate machine.

I received the machine yesterday. You can't use it on carpet, and it's larger and heavier than I expected it to be; therefore, I can't easily put it in a closet after I use it. Also, it's hard to properly insert the power cord into the machine, so I won't move it (now that it's attached) even if the machine was lighter and smaller.

I bought this plate when I went for laser lipo on my stomach after they put me on this vibrate plate. It is amazing it’s a full body workout without strain. It makes your body hurt after as if you did weight training. It’s easy to use just 10 minutes twice daily. I work two jobs and love working out but I have no time this plate gives me easy access to a full body workout.

I use this to get back the strength in my knees and wrists since damaging them. Every week, a little better. It is a complete package and the remote makes it safer to use when standing on it. Good value.

Like the vibration Platform good quality for the price. Only thing I dislike is the stretch bands if you are tall you can't do a full curl because bands aren't long enough. Anybody over 5 foot 9 will struggle with bands.

I’ve had a very good experience with my full body vibration platform. I had never used one before purchasing from Best Choice products and after the first 2 sessions I could already notice a difference in my muscle tone and I am way more relaxed. This machine is great! and I hope to one day own one that is large enough for me to do planks and push ups on!

This vibration machine is a great value, especially for the price. The only thing I have trouble with is the sensitivity of the remote but it might be I just have to get used to the sequence of which buttons to push. This is a very sturdy machine and recommend purchasing if you understand vibration platforms.

My mom purchase one and read me all the health benefits and convinced me that this is for me. I sit A LOT at work and I could feel that being sedentary all day long was catching up to me. I feel I skip a day I can tell the difference. This thing will shake every jiggly part you have. Only used for a weekend twice a day and feel more firm.

This little guy does it all! My wife and I have had it about a week and have worked through all the routines in the booklet. What a fantastic way to get a quick workout, we will probably travel with it (road trips).

This is better than going to the gym, you can work out any time in the privacy of your home without a membership or waiting for a machine, this covers every exercise for your entire body, it's very versatile & you can move it easily from one room to another without it taking up much space, I slide it under my bed after use in the mornings.

From the 1st time I tried my mom’s I was hooked. I found myself going to her house to using it almost everyday for a couple months before investing in my own. My joints feel amazing, my legs have leaned out even more especially with it breaking up the cellulite and my circulation is healing. Now I do a session in the morning and in the evening. No matter what your fitness goals are this is a key ingredient to add. Also, all the programs are wondeful because they give you intervals of different speeds so you can just pick one, hit start & let it go and not think about it. This is also way better than the dual motor model that’s suppose to be more powerful... not. Save your $ and get this one.
