Rattan/Steel 360 Swivel Patio Dining Arm Chairs - Captiva Designs: Weather-Resistant Seating

Arrived on time, but I didn’t put together any until 3/16/24. It definitely was a process. Two of the four chairs, the holes for bolts didn’t line up so I could not assemble completely. The other two I did get assembled after about an hour or more. The chairs didn’t even make it to the outside patio before they broke. It was raining so we left them inside when my husband at 199 lbs, (mind you these chairs state they will hold over 350 lbs) decided to sit in one. He was not seated in it for more than ten minutes and it broke. The support bar on the bottom just snapped. The “Rattan” weave is also torn and going to unravel. (See photos) Highly disappointed. What am I going to do now? I’m certainly not going to try and disassemble to send back. Don’t see much longevity in this product. The last set of patio chairs I bought from Target lasted over 14 years. These didn’t last 14 minutes.

the chairs were good but clarly no Quality control as every chair was not done exactly the same. Also, the packaging wasn't that good. I recommend to have some kind of QC before shipping the product Regards Manny

They are well built and the instructions were fairly easy to follow. I am impressed with Alpha Mart's customer service.

Bought it after comparing. Quick delivery but not easy to assemble, overall it is a good product for the cost.

I got my garden chair set just about a couple of weeks ago. It was right one time to catch the last bit of summer we have here. I read through the installation instructions for the first chair. After that, I was good to go with the second one. I didn't even need to read the manual anymore since it was pretty easy. I have my hex Torx and M12 nut drive bit set with my power tool. Those are the only two things I need to assembly the whole thing. I almost spent roughly around half an hour assembly everything together. During the installation of the chair, I observed the material. I must say, the material is very tough. As more to that, the coating over the sheet metal should protect the chair well over the sunshine or any other thing that would penetrate its structures. It's not like building a car or rockets, but you would appreciate more the material as you touch it. It must be that the material that builds upholds the body altogether and make it stand on its base and so well that it would not easy to tip over if a naughty boy stands or jumping on it. Though, I would not suggest you let an underage do that. It's not a playground but more like a playground. Which, you will enjoy sitting back on under the sun. You can grab a beer and sit back tight and relax under that sunshine.

Delivery was fast. The chairs are well made and very attractive. It is easy to assemble. Found them to be comfortable. Great Chair rocking and swivels makes it easy to eat at table and then enjoy the view. All in all, they are great for the price and meet our needs for spending some time in the yard in the cool of the evening. I will buy them again.

When I ordered these wicker swivel chairs , they told me that it would take more than a week to ship them. But surprise me, I received them within five days. When the chair was on the way , the seller sent me an email. The service is great! I installed these two chairs easily. The weight of the chair is not too heavy, but it is strong. The chair is woven from my favorite rattan and wicker, and the frame and base are made of rust-proof steel. The whole chair is waterproof. I put them on my patio. When I have time, I can sit on a wicker swivel chair to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

This very well designed comfortable outdoor swivel chair is made of good quality knitted rattan material. It operates quite smoothly with a wide range of motion. For added comfort, it came with some nice padding. With the easy to follow instruction, assembly was a breeze. I highly recommend this item.

I recently moved. It's been our new enjoyment to sit under the tree. The chair set is pretty heavy. You might want to be very careful if you are moving it to any place around the house. We have appreciated the fact that the chair is sturdy enough and sticks to its base. The time under the tree has been making our day. We live in a place where it's hot during the daytime. After sunset or near sunset, it would get way better. Then it's our time to gather around the backyard, enjoy the dawn and relax. In the end, the heavy feeling of the chair makes us very confident it wouldn't chip or tip over. Then the cushion is comfy. I almost fell asleep while sitting on it and while sitting under the tree.

The product just looks the same as described. The quality is great. It is really easy to assemble which took me 20mins to have the two chairs ready to use. The chairs match my table really well which is far beyond my expectations. Worth it!
