Overall these are not bad. I’ve been trying a variety of RTD protein shakes in light of the Fairlife Protein Shake shortage. The Alani Nu vanilla flavor has a strong protein flavor, but not a bad aftertaste. I prefer the cookies and cream flavor for sure. The macros aren’t bad, I don’t think the 6g of added sugar is necessary. I do appreciate that the texture is very smooth and NOT thick. I may reach for this in a pinch, but it’s not my #1 choice. Worth a try as people have different taste preferences!

I wasn’t super impressed by munchies honestly, it just tastes like chocolate to me. Nothing special. But the cookies and cream is top tier, I drink them often because a medication I’m on doesn’t leave me with much appetite. Overall I love the shakes.

They must have so much backstock that they just send you about to expire drinks. Not to mention my first order had an entire box of spoiled and chunky expired drinks. Terrible experience. Will not purchase anything from here again.

The only disappointment that I had (nothing to do with taste) was with how soon of an expiration date it had when I received it. I normally have a shake when I just need the extra recovery or protein which isn’t very often. It gave me about 2 weeks before it expired. I don’t get the protein powder just because it doesn’t taste as great as these bottles.
