Good but not great
The couch is beautiful with only two things to note. First, some of the buttons on the seat do come off, but you can simply push them back in or super glue them back and you wouldn't know the difference. The ones on the back and sides are fine and we haven't had an issue with them. It is also a bit on the firmer side, so if you are wanting a softer couch, this isn't the one for you. Other than that, it's a great couch and looks great in our living room!

Buttons no good on butts
I think this couch looks nice. It’s appropriately sized and the the material is soft enough. The buttons, however, are painful to sit on and will come off any time they are allowed to get direct contact from sitting. I keep a blanket on this couch at all times bc between the buttons and the fabric, it will start to look worn pretty quickly. It looks nice. It’s genuinely painful to sit or even stand on for a second, if you’ve ended up putting any weight at all onto a button. I always think I’ve sat on something like a charger or a lip balm, but nope. It’s just a button

Reliable couch
Really love the quality and style of this couch! I’ve had it for about 6 months now and still looks great. Others commented about issues with buttons becoming loose but mine is perfectly fine.

Very low quality but beautiful
at first it's a beautiful. I bought the couch 6 months ago. but unfortunately very low fabric and finish quality. All the bottons are loose and most of the fell off. The fabric already worn off severly already after six month use. I would suggest to buy if you want to use it as a decoration and not using it.

Worst Couch!!!
The couch came damaged with the wood panels chipped. The couch also had a button pop off within 72 hours. I called customer service three times and the couch is just a big headache with no support to get the parts replaced.

Comfy Couch
It is a beautiful couch. Some of the tufting buttons had to be reattached upon arrival, but other than that it’s a solid piece of furniture. I was worried it would be too small for the space I was placing it in. It fits perfectly! I breed and raise Sphynx cats so I am a little concerned at the durability of the material as it’s ideal for kitty claws. We shall see as time goes on.

Impressive for the price
I needed a smaller couch, that wasn't too expensive, for a bedroom that I am designing. I found this on sale without any reviews. I took my chances and I am pleasantly surprised! This is a great couch for the price! Like most Chesterfield styles, it is quite stiff with a very upright back. It would be great for someone who prefers a firm seat that is easy to get up off of. It is comfortable enough for my purposes. I temporarily have it in an unfinished living room and have been able to lay across it and hang out. In general, I would say this is a great couch for an office setting and low traffic seating areas in homes. Over time it may break in and get more comfortable. It is solid, sturdy and was easy to put together, but required two people. When finished it is heavy for me to move around on my own, as the side arms are solid wood. The wood color is a deep cherry/mahogany brown that can sometimes read black in darker light. The fabric is a standard cool to neutral tone beige. The warm light in photos is deceptive-- this couch does not have any warm tone beige in it. Overall I am so pleased with this couch for the lower prices point! It's a win!
