Q&A(15)

Q: How do you clean the mesh net?

submitted by MommaRose - 1 year ago
  • A: Halo here! You may try cleaning the mesh with a soft cloth and mild soap

submitted byHalo Brand - 1 year ago
  • A: Can be removed and machine washed. That is what Halo’s instruction manual says, so I’m not sure why a Halo representative is saying to spot clean it.

Q: Hi! Is this mattress included breathable? If I have the halo waterproof mattress cover, is that breathable too?

submitted by KAB - 9 months ago
  • A: The standard HALO® mattress pad is designed for comfort and safety. If you’re looking for a more breathable option, we recommend the DreamWeave™ BassiNest® pad, which features an air-permeable design.

Q: Can the bassinet be rolled around the house

submitted by Wheels for rolling - 11 months ago
  • A: Thanks for the question. No the BassiNest Swivel Sleeper 3.0 does not include wheels, so it can't be rolled around the house. That said, the top/bed section of the BassiNest detaches from the base and this can be moved around the home and used as a place to put baby when you need a hands free moment.

Q: We assembled our bassinet and it seems really wobbly? Makes me really nervous to put my newborn once hes here in it.

submitted by Rachael G - 3 years ago
  • A: Due to the 360 degree rotation and swivel motion of the HALO BassiNest® Swivel Sleeper there is some give or play to the sleep area. The BassiNest® has been thoroughly tested for safety and it does appear your unit is well within the standards for our products. If concerned about the movement, the BassiNest® is most stable with the sleep area centered over the base post. Once the baby is placed in the BassiNest® this will help stabilize the sleeping area. If you are still concerned about the safety, we are more than happy to further review with you.
