  • A: Thank you for your question about the Step2 Rain Showers Splash Pond Water Table! After the initial assembly, we do not recommend fully disassembling the water table for seasonal storage. The screws are designed to form their own threads in the plastic, and removing and reinserting them repeatedly can reduce how securely the parts hold together over time. For winter storage, we recommend: Draining and thoroughly drying the table to prevent water damage or mold. Storing it in a dry indoor area like a garage or basement if possible. If indoor storage isn’t available, covering it securely outdoors to protect it from snow and ice. This approach will help extend the life of your water table without risking loose connections from repeated disassembly.

Q: What are the leg dimensions? I have a tall child who will need this on a platform but want to build an appropriate and safe one to accommodate this water table.

    Missing part

    Assembly was some what difficult as it is hard to start the screw holes. Beyond that we set it up, added all the accessories, starting adding water and realized there was no plug!!!! Water table with no drain plug!! Not sure what we can improvise for this part for now. Our son received this as a gift for his birthday and really don’t want to contact the sender to seem unappreciative or ask for them to contact customer support. I see multiple reviews stating no plug was with theirs as well.

    Worst assembly EVER

    Just put this together… I assume my toddler will enjoy playing with it. However, I had no idea a couple of pieces of plastic would be SO DIFFICULT to assemble. I don’t know why they required actual metal screw for these pieces, and WITHOUT PREDRILLED HOLES. My God for almost $100 you’d think they’d add so effing holes so you’re not breaking your body trying to hand screw these things into thick plastic. Disregard the instructions USE A DRILL (even then I still needed my husband’s muscles)
