Very attractive modern fan, great wind speed:)

These fans make an annoying hum, very disappointing.

It was all fun and games until the fan started clicking annoyingly at higher speeds (3 or higher) and then the bottom literally fell off. 🫤 The warranty has of course expired. Not an inexpensive fan! Very disappointed.

We like the look of this fan/light but it hasn’t yet worked properly despite installation and service call from electrician. Delayed turn on, dimmer and fan not working, and interference with ceiling fan in a different room. Can you help us?

I’ve purchased three of these fans. One in the larger blade size. I like the small footprint, clear instructions, and quiet operations. I was concerned about “chop” with only three blade, but that’s not an issue. At high speeds, you can only hear the woosh of air. Install is very easy. A couple things I’ve learned after installing three of these: situate the fan in the cradle before wiring up the control box. It will help you figure out how to pull wires. It’s a little tight, so planning helps avoid a mess of wires. Also, use lever nuts instead of twist nuts. Again, smaller footprint and more reliable.

We absolutely love this fan! A ceiling fan can often be the eyesore of the room, so we were looking for something modern and sleek. Now that it’s installed and we have been using it for a few months, we are incredibly happy. We love the remote and the number of speed settings. It’s quiet and beautiful!

Very quiet, reliable. Just wish it had come with the enclosed down shaft but it would also have been nice to have a shorter one as a choice. Thanks. Steve Cook

Excellent fan! It’s super sleek, making it perfect for a modernist like myself, who places great emphasis on style. It offers many settings, which is wonderful when you need to get the speed just right. I love having the remote handy at my bedside. Convenient for those nights when you find yourself hot in the middle of the night. Could t be happier - will be recommending to others.

Beautiful fans. Required slope kit for vaulted ceiling. Electrician had some trouble mounting them. Some contractor creativity was required. They are modern, attractive, and very powerful. I am unlikely to use above speed two - they go up to six! One remote works both fans despite being on separate switches. That works for me in one large room.

This fan design has no allowance for a slightly recessed junction box. In my experience electricians will almost always set a junction box slightly recessed in a sheetrock or plaster ceiling. You will need to have this redone. Be careful.
