A: They said it's flat on the back with a hole on the back allowing it to be hung from a nail. maybe ask them how big the hole is.

Q: Where can I find troubleshooting for fixing this product? The eyelids don’t open fully anymore and has caused the eyeball paint to be scratched off.

A: Hi tj - Thank you for the inquiry. It has 3 modes, one is the "try me" mode where it will turn on when you press the button and then shut off right after it does it's spookiness. The second mode allows the eyeball to open and move without the sound. The third mode is the button and sound activated mode. Happy shopping! - Kris

I saw this and knew that my kids would just love it. We mounted it next to the front door so the kids could get a scare when they press it. I think I read some reviews that said it was motion sensor activated but it is not. There is an option to turn the sound off. It plays for quite a while if you do use the sound. The eye looks pretty realistic. We will use this for many years to come!

This is such a unique piece to add to our decor. Love the antique look of it. I didn't have a way to hang this on my door so I've used this inside for fun decor. I like that it has different modes to set it to. The eyeball is really cool, but it's loud. The animitronics seem to really be putting the work in on this, lol. I do wonder how long it will last.

I am excited to use this during Halloween. It's big as the reviews stated but I'm happy with that. While testing it out, sometimes it would trigger with sounds not so loud and other times it wouldn't, we'll see how it goes next month. 2 downsides for me. It's too long, they could cut it down to half the time. The 2nd is the button for the "doorbell" isn't obvious or have a "press" on it. It blends so well I'm not sure if kids will know where to press the button if there's not enough light to see. So I am hoping the other animated props I have near by will trigger this so they can still get the element of surprise.
