I purchased this chair in June 2024 and it’s been great up until about December. Every time I get out of the chair, it jumps back up to the top setting. I have to lower it back where I need it every single time I sit down. I’ll be looking for another chair.

Fine, but may not last
I've been using this chair for just over a month and it's... fine. The seat is plenty big, both width and depth. Unfortunately, the seat cushion is already getting divots where I sit, and I'm well under the advertised weight rating; the cushion isn't very thick to begin with so it may require an extra pad before too long. I purchased at about 150, and for that price is reasonable - at full retail I'd have returned due to the thin seat cushion and lack of as many adjustment points as I'd like to see.

This arrived with about 40 pieces and zero instructions how to assemble it. My only option provided by customer service is a return and refund. I don't want to return it, I just want to know how to put it together. I guess now I get to go down an internet rabbit hole trying to find something online from the manufacturer.
