Awful delivery

Hoping as pillow warms up (was delivered an hour ago) it will return to natural shape but the packaging for home delivery was awful Instead of sending this in a box, pillow was rolled up on itself in tightly sealed plastic bag and the pillow's foam core is now crumpled n flattened ! Will give this a few hours but if still misshapen, I will be returning item.

Good but a slide

It is ok. No more odor than any other memory foam item after following the unpacking instructions and washing the cover. I am using it on a memory foam mattress and I am struggling with sliding down the wedge as I sleep. I’m using other pillows under my legs to help prevent sliding down. It has helped my acid reflux a lot but I still snore sometimes when I slip down in a weird position. I love the size.
