Dritz Fold Over Elastic, also known as FOE, is a lightweight elastic with a built in indentation to make it easier to encase fabric edges. It is a great way to bind any raw edge in just one pass. It goes around turns and corners with no puckers, can be stretched or gathered for any project, and also be used in place of bias tape. Try making your own bracelets, wristbands, headbands and ponytail holders! Or add a colorful decorative accent to knit garments.
