Vanicream Gentle Body Wash for Sensitive Skin - Unscented - 12 fl oz

For the past few years I have searching for a body wash that is gentle for my sensitive skin and above all, unscented. I recently ordered this product and it is wonderful! I love that it does not irritate my skin and that it does not have any scent! I feel so clean after using this body wash, which I use with my scrubbie. My body chemistry has changed due to menopause and my sense of smell has also been impacted due to COVID. Because of these changes, body washes that smelled great on me now smell horrible! Thus my search for a new body wash and at long last, I found the Vanicream Body Wash for Sensitive Skin in Unscented. I hope and pray this product will not be discontinued or the formula changed.

I love that this body wash is truly fragrance-free. I don't notice any kind of a scent (pleasant or unpleasant) as some reviewers have said they do. It's thick, lathers well (even in my city's hard water), and a little actually goes a much longer way than other body washes. It rinses away very cleanly, and doesn't leave any weird film behind on my skin. Highly recommend!

I trust Vanicream to provide all of my personal care products. They are the only company I have found that actually formulates products for allergic/reactive/sensitive skin types like mine and my daughters. We've tried "toxin free"/ "natural, organic" brands only to be left with raw, bumpy, itchy, inflamed skin and scalps. The Vanicream shampoo and conditioner clean our scalps and provides softness and shine all without the fragrance, itch, flakes and back acne. The gel gives my waves definition and keeps the frizz at bay. The face wash and body wash clean without leaving us dry or red. Also, there is no residue or smell, not even a lingering chemical one. We just smell like nothing which is what clean should smell like. Only recently did we switch from a popular brand of moisturizer with ceramides to Vanicream moisturizing lotion. Turns out the popular brand was giving us zits and blackheads and somehow also making us feel dry? Not vanicreams lotion. Our skin feels hydrated and more importantly we don't notice our skin which says it all. I also don't feel like I need "anti-aging" products anymore. I did try the vanicream face moisturizer but something in it broke me out (glyceryl stearate maybe?) but the moisturizing lotion makes my face skin look amazing so I'm cool with that. We hope to try the deodorant next too! Thank you Vanicream for caring about the health of your customers. If you keep the formulas the same we will keep buying. You really have made our lives a little easier.

I have been using this product for well over a year now and I would definitely recommend it if you have sensitive skin. I can’t use anything that has a fragrance as it tends to irritate “below the waist” :). It lathers just enough and leaves me feeling fresh. It doesn’t really moisturize your skin, but it definitely doesn’t dry it. You would probably still want to use a moisturizer afterwards. I I do like this product, but it seems to be getting harder to find!

Vanicream products are amazing and recommended by my dermatologist. I had trouble finding Vanicream Body Wash, Target had it. Ordering was super easy with really quick delivery! I'll be ordering this from Target in the future. 👍

Gentle and effective during a skin flare up plus hives. Scent is nice. No additional skin reactions.

It does lather up some but it could definitely do more. It is a fragrance free body wash and I usually go for one with fragrance. Just a preference but super glad it works well.

Vanicream moisturizing cream for baby is my HG for my baby with eczema, as well as for me when my facial skin barrier needs a bit of extra care. This spring I needed a more gentle body wash, and decided to try the Vanicream Gentle Body Wash for the first time. It worked like a charm. I can't think of any negatives to say. For added moisture I pair it with the Vanicream Enhanced Moisturizer.
