Q: Is this just new packaging or a new formula too? We relied on Up & Up fragrance free body wash and can no longer find the old one.

A: Yes, it's been reformulated and it's terrible! It is supposed to be fragrance-free but there is definitely a noticeable scent in this new body wash. It now smells very artificial and cloying.
