I love everything about this except one thing - PLEASE MAKE THE PATTY WIDER TO BETTER FIT AN ENGLISH MUFFIN. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. I only tried it because the store was out of the pork sausage I usually buy. I was surprised how good the Savory Sausage was, taste, texture, look. If I had not known it was Impossible I would not have suspected it wasn't pork.

Good, not great
First, the item is not the size as pictured on the package. It's smaller. These are not like the Morningstar Farms and don't cook up well in the microwave at all. Definitely use the air fryer or a frying pan, or else they're kind of soggy. As for the taste, they have a bit of a kick to them, which was different. I got them on sale, and since Impossible brand is a bit more expensive, if I buy them again, I'll probably wait for another sale.

These are very good, a little pricey but worth it imo. No weird taste, just as satisfying as a regular sausage patty but none of the meat ick or stomach ache. I stick these in breakfast burritos with egg whites, cheese and crispy crowns, and they’re delicious.

I have found that the skillet method of cooking is the best. I can not tell the difference between normal sausage and this. Meaning in taste. I can say this at least you won’t have gristle in the patty.

Microwave method
I decided to try this product as it contains no soy products. I was sorely disappointed. While edible, from a technical standpoint, this product is horrible. I can't describe the actual taste only to characterize it as "unappealing". Not even ketchup can help. It is not even close to being able to compete with Morningstar Farms.

Air Fryer
I'm shocked at how great these things are. Pull a couple out of the freezer, six minutes at 400 in the air fryer and they are incredible, with a perfect sausage flavor and texture. Guilt free breakfast sausage patties are a game changer. Can't recommend these enough!

Pretty Good for Vegetarian!
As a pescatarian and celiac, I always enjoy finding new breakfast options. The texture is perfect, but I prefer the Beyond Meat breakfast sausage's taste. I still buy these often, especially when they're on sale.

These are great if your wanting something as close to real sausage as possible. I prefer morning star sausage but these were still great and I made some awesome breakfast sandwiches with these and the just egg folded.

Fry it up is the best
I use this product for breakfast, tacos, in my spaghetti sauce, all kinds of things - so good! I've been vegan/meatless for several years and have missed sausage patties. Not anymore. I am so glad I found this product. So delicious, and I don't crave sausage anymore. Keep up the great work and THANK YOU !

Cooked product as stated on package
I was a huge meat eater and my wife was a vegan, yeah we collided a few times. But anyway I really wanted to eat differently I was tired of the brick that was in my stomach every time I ate a piece of beef . So, I purchased the sausage patties and I was amazed they are incredibly tastey. I will never go back I am currently working my way into being a full time vegan. Your products are fantastic! 3:3 for Impossible Food Products
Theae taste like meat -- I put mine in a pan and cooked them medium heat, 4 minutes each side. Toasted an English muffin, cracked an egg (over easy). Slid a slice of cheddar between the sausage and egg, put these on the toasted English muffin and put the whole thing on my panini press. Delicious. I have tried the Impossible patties, the "chicken" nuggets and those are very tasty. I am so glad I can add these to my grocery list as I am trying to become a vegetarian and outside of chicken breast and turkey sandwiches, I am. I am very glad to have these options.
