I gave you a 1 star only because 0 wasn’t an option. I ordered this and paid for it. I drove 20 miles (the following da) to pick it up only to find out it was no longer available. No good explanation. “Oh well, sorry, it just happens.” It’s possible I will shop Target again maybe, but definitely not at this store.

One of the best meat alternatives by far!
I genuinely cannot believe that this isn't "real" meat. The texture, taste, and appearance are all spot on to what I used to eat before going vegetarian. Even the smell of it cooking is as close to the real thing as you can get. The spicy flavor is perfect... not too spicy by any means, but gives some kick to make breakfast less bland. I will absolutely be re-purchasing and recommending to people I know, vegetarian/vegan or not!

As someone who eats meat if you fed me these I wouldn't even know it wasn't really meat. We made ours on the stove top.

Let me just say this, I'm new to the vegan lifestyle and these were bomb. Literally you cant tell the difference. Now I see why they call it impossible. If your looking through reviews to see if you should get it or not . Get it !

Tastes like real sausage
SO GOOD!!! i eat meat, but not pork, so i’m always looking for pork free options. I like these better than most real sausage patties. if i didn’t know, i would definitely think they were real meat, even eaten plain. try it!!!!!

Impossible meat first timer
I don’t normally eat sausage patties since I find them a bit too salty and I am very skeptical of imitation meat. However, after making these for breakfast I can say I am completely blown away! They have just the right amount of seasonings and overall just taste great. The meat texture is there. Could honestly not tell much of a difference compared to regular meat and would not have known unless told or knowingly saw it came from impossible packaging. The only negative thing I can say is that they only come in 8ct. 10/10 would eat again.
