Super Dry and Hard!
I used to eat one of these bars every morning for breakfast but something changed in their formula. I’ve tried 10 new boxes in different flavors and from different stores and they are all very hard and dry. Some of them I can’t even bite into. Very disappointed in the new formula and wish they would revert back :(

Replacement Item now Regular Favorite!
I purchased this item during a shopping trip when my usual item was not on the shelf … and now that item is never on my shelf because it’s been replaced by this. I love these snack bars. A friend of mine who made jokes and snarky comments about it changed his tune when I had him taste one (and for the record +2 more after that!) and when I last visited him noticed he had purchased his own stash! 🥰. There are two bars in each packet - I even carry one packet in my purse for “emergencies”. They’re really tasty! Try it and see!!

these used to be great, but like others have noted there has clearly been a formula change. I could really taste the banana with the old formula but I don't taste banana at all anymore and the texture is now hard. I used to purchase these weekly but will not purchase again unless they revert back to the original.

Packaging and recipe change!?
I have been eating these daily for about 6 months now as I love the flavor and ingredients. I noticed the packaging changed (lighter blue in color and the design of the box is different looking) then I opened them to eat one and they are not as soft and tasty as before, why change the packaging AND the product formula? Looking for a different brand now.

Hard and dry
Kind Peanut Butter Banana Dark Chocolate breakfast bars have been my morning breakfast for several years, even though a little more expensive than some other choices, the taste has kept me buying. Until recently. I noticed a change in packaging, but thought they surely didn't change that perfect bar! OH YES you did!! Now i have to microwave the 2 bars for 10 seconds to be able to eat them because they are so hard and dry. please revert back to the old recipe. Not sure what is missing, but maybe oats and some little bits of nuts? I have just purchased the last box for I am no longer satisfied.

Quality has gone down hill
We really like the flavor of these but over the last 6 months or so there has been a huge drop in quality. On top the bars themselves getting smaller they have more often than not been much harder, almost stale even though the expiration date is no where close. I’ve contacted Kind directly twice on their site providing box batch codes etc and they just don’t care enough to respond.

Why the change in formula?
We have been buying/eating these for a couple years and noticed a definite change several months ago. At first I thought they were stale and we'd gotten a bad box but that is not the case. The new formula appears far more dry and chewy and less tasty than before. Please let us know what changed and what the thinking was. These were my favorite breakfast bar but now going with other options. If you changed back, so would I.

So I used to eat these every morning on my way to dropping kids off at school. What happened??? They used to be fresh and soft. Now they are hard and crunchy….line they are stale. Not buying any more unless you go back to the original ones.

Something’s a foot dear Watson. They messed up.
I have purchased these for a couple years. The last 4 boxes were dry and hard. These were the best. They went from 5* to a 2*. I could not eat them so rather than throw them out, I just donated them. People who never ate them won’t know the change. KIND you can do better by your loyal customers and continue to grow your business. So very disappointed.

These bars have been my go-to bar for breakfast when I work early morning. they have been so yummy, soft and flavorful, and fill me up till lunch. HOWEVER, the last 2 boxes I've purchased the bars are as hard as a ROCK! I bought another box thinking I'd gotten a bad box, but no, hard as a rock!! Why? What changed?

When I started eating these they were soft and chewy and now they are dry and have very little moisture.
