A: For purposes of Keto/Atkins, "sugar alcohols" can be subtracted from the Total Carbs, just as Fiber can be. This means the revised "total" carbs = 24-13 = 11g of carbs. Not great for a Keto diet, as you typically want to stay under 25 carbs for the entire day... but not terrible, either.

I take it with me to work and it is filling. The wrapping is nice matches the flavor and quality of the bar is good. I would recommend the high protein bar. It has 0g of sugar and 20g of protein.

If you are a lemon lover, this bar hits the spot. Not only do you hit your protein goals, but you have a sweet treat in the process too. The texture is better than a lot of other bars too. It has what feels like a little crunch to it that reminded me of a KitKat bar. It was a little dry when I first started eating it but hey, that could’ve just been my mouth or like I said, it’s still a protein bar. All in all, I will definitely be purchasing these.
