Funky aftertaste and overpriced.
This has a funky aftertaste, literally ate one piece and can’t eat another. Wegman’s 6mo aged Manchego is 2/3 the cost and tastes so much better! Don’t waste your money.

Good and Gather Manchego cheese is absolutely bursting with flavor. Salty and tangy with a soft dish texture, it's like sheep's milk parmesan. It pairs really well with nuts, pecan crackers and sweets like fig jam.

This Manchego cheese is described as tangy, nutty and salty on the package. I would agree with the description. Even though the flavor is strong, I enjoyed the nutty and salty combination. I found that pairing it with a cracker made it taste even better because it calmed down the strong flavor just a bit. I would definitely buy again!

Perfect smooth and tasty manchego
This manchego was literally the BEST I got it earlier to make a charcuterie board and my family absolutely loved it, it was so yummy and fresh and the perfect cheese for the board, I’d definitely suggest buying it and DEFINITELY buy two packages because you will be missing it once it’s gone. This Manchego Cheese from Good and Gather was tangy, salty, and flavorful. I used this for a cheese board for entertaining, but it would also work well sliced for sandwiches or for a variety of pasta dishes. I would definitely recommend this item and would purchase again. Fresh, salty manchego cheese block
This manchego cheese tasted fresh and had the perfect amount of saltiness. This is perfect paired with crackers and any other items you might find on a charcuterie board such as olives, other cheeses, meats, etc. I chose to eat it with crackers and loved the flavor! Delicious, flavorful cheese
I love this cheese so much. It can be challenging to grate at times, but adds so much flavor to any dish. It is the perfect texture, as is, or melted. I am so happy Target now has some nicer cheeses. We are a cheese family and love to mix it up from the pre shredded cheese bags. I received an incentive to write this review.

Mild aged manchego cheese
This manchego cheese is really easy to cut and I really enjoy the mild flavor. It goes well with anything I pair with whether it's salty, sweet or spicy. This Manchego cheese is a very nice cheese. The rind is beautiful and would elevate any charcuterie board wonderfully. The flavor is very smooth and a little nutty. I really enjoyed the taste. Mild and solid manchego cheese
I really loved the texture and flavor of the manchego cheese. It was a nice mild flavor and the texture was a nice medium firmness. It went well with my raisin and rosemary crackers. It was also really easy to cut into squares and I think it's a good size for the price. I received an incentive to write this review.

I have never heard of Manchego cheese before. I'm glad I tried it. I would say it has a salty savory and sharp tart flavor. My whole family enjoyed it. My mom who never heard of it before was excited to try it she was happy with the taste. My cheesey husband said it was nutty and flavorful. My teenage kid loved it and ate the last piece. I would say that it's a great cheese to bring to a party and serve with a wine, fruit, veggies and crackers. I received an incentive to write this review.
