These little chicken balls are tasty. I was hesitant at first cuz healthier foods have a peculiar taste that makes people not continue trying them. Not for this one. I like to eat them with brown rice either just like that or I'll add a bit of ranch dressing to the mix with the rice. The taste is kinda like a dash of chicken bouillon. Oh and I heat them up in a toaster oven, not a microwave.

We used to love these meatballs! I tried to ask if the recipe has recently changed but my question got deleted. The last few bags we’ve picked up have had burnt, shriveled meatballs that are tough when heated up. My son won’t eat them anymore. So disappointed!!
