    I was anticipating for this product to work well for me. I have thick, dense hair, so I wanted a smoother texture. When I saw Keratin in the name of this, I was immediately intrigued. The product smells fine, which is probably the only benefit I notice. The shampoo lathers, but it’s stiff and doesn’t full cleanse my hair. The conditioner texture is fine. When I blowout my hair, it becomes dull and puffy, which is the complete opposite of what this product is marketed to fight. It doesn’t hydrate my hair either. I completely understand that everyone has a different hair texture, so don’t take my review word for word if you think this will work for you. This is just my personal experience with it.

    Hate the pump dispenser, love the shampoo. Bring back the old tops.

    Love the product, hate the pump dispenser! I can't find the old snap tops anywhere! This seems to be sold only with a pump dispenser. These work less than half the time for me. I end up having to pull the whole thing out to dispense.

    Not good with fine hair

    The smoothing effect is nice and my ends are not as dry, however it cakes in my hair so bad. I will have greasy looking strands at the top of my head even though I wash until I feel no more soap. This shampoo is not very fit for fine hair.

    Really great!

    We have used this brand for years and liked it, but recently tried the keratin version and let me tell you it is a game changer! It so great! In south Florida humidity, it smooths! You feel it as you wash and it holds. I haven’t even needed to straighten my hair since using this shampoo and conditioner. It’s also not heavy or greasy, like some smoothing varieties might be.

    Great product but target please got back to old price

    Absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner. I have been using for years and everyone compliments how soft, shiny, and healthy my hair is. Target has doubled the price though which is very disappointing. A year ago it was $6 for this combo. Now it’s $12.

    Very strong perfume

    Very, very strong fragrance. I know it's a matter of preference and some may like the smell, but I immediately felt it was an overpowering old school perfume scent and after one use, gave it to another family member. Too bad! I've read good things about it's smoothing ability.

    Healthy and longer hair

    I love this shampoo and conditioner it’s the best one that I have used I got it a few weeks/days ago and I have seen growth in my hair and that my hair has been more healthy then it originally was, I have curls so this shampoo and conditioner really brings out my curls and makes them more vibrant and healthy
