Triggered My Rosacea and Left a Film on My Skin
This face wash didn’t work for me at all. I have rosacea and decided to try it as a more affordable option after using a more expensive cleanser that never caused me any issues. It also claims to be suitable for sensitive skin, so I thought it would be a safe switch, but I regret making it. While it felt gentle at first, my skin quickly became rough and congested within just a few days of using it. It also triggered a rosacea flare with tiny pustules, even in areas where I’ve never had problems before, including my eyelid. After three days I had to stop using it. My face also felt itchy and greasy, and it never felt like the cleanser fully cleaned my skin. It also seemed to leave a film on my face after rinsing, which only added to that heavy, greasy feeling. To be fair, my skin usually doesn’t do well with creamy cleansers, so in hindsight, I’m not surprised this didn’t work for me, but this was far worse than any other I tried. If you have rosacea, you might want to be cautious when trying this product. That said, everyone’s skin reacts differently, and it could work well for others. This was just my experience.

My skin is soft and smooth

I have dry skin, and this thicker, milky cleanser makes my skin soft after I wash my face morning and night with it. It's fragrance free, and alcohol free so it doesn't strip my skin so it's not dry and tight after I use it. It's a great great milky cleanser.

BREAKING OUT LIKE CRAZY
I tried this because it was recommended by Nina Pool. This made me break out SO bad. I know it was this because nothing else in my routine changed. I'm immediately going back to my beloved CeraVe Hydrating Cream to Foam Cleanser. I've used cleansers in the paste with a similar texture, like lotion and doesn't lather, but they never made me break out like this. Huge pass on this.

I didn’t expect to fall in love with a cleanser, but this one really surprised me. Best face wash
This face wash saved my skin. Last summer I got poison ivy on my face. It destroyed my skin barrier. Every face wash that I tried made it worse. I bought this face wash and have been using it for 8 months and my skin has improved so much. The hydrating, milky face wash and the hydrating milky toner is a skin game changer for me. I keep a back up bottle on hand if both because they can be hard to find.

Does not remove makeup
This product says it removes makeup, but every time I use it, I have to make a second pass with a different product to remove my non-waterproof mascara.

Does Not Cleanse
I wanted to like this product but it simply does not clean my face. I always have significant "material" on my cotton when using toner after the cleanser.

I’ve been using this along with the Rose Petal Toner, and the results have been noticeable! My skin looks brighter, has a healthy glow, and my pores appear smaller and less visible.
