The capsules are too large to swallow comfortably. I much prefer Swanson Ultimate Carb Control SWU302. I will not reorder.

it works, but...

it gives me a gassy and bloating feeling if i take 2 at a time, so i reduced it to taking onky 1, and so far didn't make me feel gassy anymore

Carb Blocker doesn't work

Doesn't work for reducing Carb intake. Checked my blood sugar before and after and it still went up. Save your money.

If you love bread, you’ll love this.

They seem to be working pretty good. I’ve been able to eat bread and oatmeal again without gaining weight or feeling bloated. I took Starch Blockers in the 80’s and never understood why they were discontinued by the good ole FDA. I’m glad to see a similar product making a comeback!

blocks carbs

I have taken this for years and find it the best carb. blocker ever. I take it with the cider vinegar caplets I get at Swanson. Keeps the Mexican food at bay and I do not gain weight. I take them with each meal.
