[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried these pills for a month and here are my observations. Firstly they were easy to swallow and did not have an offensive taste or smell. To be honest I feel like I might need to try for longer than a month. It did help with the bloating and fullness

Worth trying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took 2 pills with cup of water 30 minutes before I would eat. It helped me get full faster and curved my appetite. I lost 2 lbs in one week. By the end of the month I had lost 9 lbs. It's slow weight loss. But that is what I prefer. You are able to keep the weight off easier. Not gain back.

Not sure it’s the best bang for your buck though since it’s recommended to take 2 pills 3 times a day. Not quite sure if it’s effectiveness as I only did it twice a day and didn’t follow a keto diet as recommended. But it did help quiet some food noise and helped me not over eat.

The packaging is cute and I liked that this product was designed for women cause our bodies are different . But I feel like this product was just not helpful for me at all. Of course you have to add a healthier eating habits as well for anything that you try . I did that as well with exercise .
