[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve heard so many mixed reviews about this product. It doesn’t actively burn fat like the bottle might say but it helps curb your hunger or any desire to eat so you can burn fat. You don’t really taste the pill unless it’s in your mouth for long.

I took them for a couple weeks and didn't necessarily notice any "fat burning" as I didn't lose weight or anything, but I do think they increased my energy a bit. It's not something I'd regularly spend my money on unless I had results within a couple weeks, hence the 3/5 stars.

As instructed, I took 2 pills in the morning on an empty. I felt nauseas and had a headache the entire day. I just did not feel good. I did not feel anxious or shaky at all, I just felt awful. I thought maybe I was just not feeling well that day. I waited 4 days and took additional 2 pills and felt the same way. I would not recommend this at all.

Great to curb appetite, easy to digest and was not expensive but you may get some jitters from this of course because of the caffeine, it lasted all day for me so its strong but it did not take any pain away.
