It’s pretty thin and transparent so you can see all the imperfections and wrinkles in the milestone pictures. It is soft though, and the polka dots and designs are super cute. I already took pics for one month and two months so now I have to commit to this blanket for the rest of the year.

This is a super cute milestone blanket with extra swaddle blanket and felt circle. The blankets are really soft and light and the circle is a really pretty shade of blue. I like that it's gender-neutral and that the extra blanket is a keepsake that you can hang onto long after you're done taking monthly photos.

I love the fun colors and design of this milestone blanket! It'll go well with just about any outfit I'd like to put my baby in for photos. And the fact a bonus coordinating polka dot blanket comes with the set is a definite plus. The fabric of the blankets and the ring are soft and gentle feeling. It is unfortunately difficult to keep the milestone blanket straight and in place, so I fear once my baby reaches the older months it's going to be hard to keep it in place long enough for a photo since she'll be wiggly and moving around a lot then. It is very thin, and I wish it was a bit thicker. I feel that a thicker material may stay in place better. Overall it is a great set though and I'm looking forward to taking milestone photos of my baby girl with it each month!

I love these blankets. The muslin is big and soft enough to swaddle with.Best of all, they are sustainably produced as well as tested for harmful substances. The colors are cheeful and work for any gender. There's a polka dot blanket, the milestone blanket with numbers and months, and a spot for baby as well as a round felt frame to use to mark months. The blankets are machine washable (cold, delicate) and the frame has to be spot cleaned. The frame is a circle, and is easily grabbed and gnawed on by a curious baby but it's felt and fairly easy to remove from little hands. I love that it's an easy setup to take milestone photos. Both blankets are thin and easy to roll up and put in a diaper bag. This would be a great gift for new parents and can be used for multiple children.
