Because of the strong ties to this area we are first in line to cup these high quality lots and essentially we are able to buy the cream of the crop. Adiesto Cooperative is comprised of 550 members and 150 of that are women. The members of the Cooperative are trained in improving the quality of their coffee growing and harvesting methods. Also training is given on environmentally friendly farming practices. All the farms in the Cooperative are certified Fair Trade Organic.
FLAVORS: This year's Adiesto is classic high quality Guatemala flavor all the way. Milk chocolate, orange, caramel, medium body with light fruit and wine coming through on the finish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this flavor of this brand of coffee ! I can taste the milk chocolate in the bean, but it is not overpowering, so it still taste like coffee. It’s a medium roast so it’s not too strong when you drink it black. This is my favorite of this brand of coffee. I received an incentive to write this review.

I honestly feel like I’m drinking coffee for the first time, because I didn’t know that this is actually how it’s suppose to taste, haha! This coffee is SO smooth and has a creamy rich taste. There’s no bitterness which I think is one of the big differences. The second big thing is the flavor. It has these slight undertones of the flavors mentioned on the pack that’s absolutely delicious. Highly recommend. I received an incentive to write this review.

I love the bags because they are resealable and have the freshness seal on the back. The coffee delicious and the beans are so fragrant. This brand does a great job and is my new favorite. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This organic whole bean coffee is priced a bit higher than other organic whole bean coffee. The coffee is sold as a medium roast but upon inspesctiob of the whole beans and then the ground coffee, this coffee presents more as a light to medium roast. The beans and grinds are dry and airy, indicative of a lighter roast coffee. Despite this, the coffee is a smooth, drinkable roast with fruity taste that is reminiscent of the chocolate orange treats sold at Christmas. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to like this coffee, I really did but I normally drink dark roast strong coffee and this was neither. I felt that the flavor was very light and almost imperceptible. I can just barely taste the caramel flavor mentioned in the tasting notes and the fruit finish. I do like the way this is packaged with a plastic resealable seal and in a bag that can stand on its own. I received an incentive to write this review.
