do curbside they came and gave me two tops to a litter box. I told them they did. I had to wait for them to come back and say double check and take it apart for them to realize it’s two parts that aren’t different and then came back and gave me another one. I could’ve went inside and did all of that for the wait of this order.

The box is affordable and large, but is the only covered litter box I’ve ever owned that allows urine to drip out the corners onto the floor if your cat is not the best squatter, so that is unfortunate.

Missing front flap
The drive up employee was very sweet and when I asked her about the front flap she said they had changed the design and I was led to believe it was inside somewhere but when I opened it, it was missing. Hopefully they’ll make it right at the store.

Breaks easily
The door is hanging only from two little plastic parts that will break off very easily. I ordered two, they arrived packaged together, and one had the handle missing and the door already broken. It's true that it was very cheap though.
