In the midst now getting this Sofa functioning right! It collapses when We sit on it, I'm very,very,dis- satisfied with the purchased Sofa We need someone to replace this Probmactic Purchase!

Awesome couch for my son and his family! The kids absolutely love it.

The low back is frustrating, the back cushions malformed quickly, and the springs broke in just a little over a year of use and now there’s a big ol’ dent in it.

comfortable, easy to switch into a bed. Back gives you plenty of support. The couch is firm but not overly. Its quite comfortable. Its not a couch you sink into.

Good price, fits in through smaller doors. Seems sturdy and solid. Not overly comfortable though. Very firm, almost hard. Wish it had more cushioning to it.

It does what I need from an inexpensive sofa, but it could be better built. It’s not even a full month old and the cushion over the frame is already softer leaving the frame nearly unpadded and very hard if you sit on or near it.

Dissatisfied with this sofa. The sofa bed did not open and close properly. Hinge was bent which caused front cushion to not lay properly across front. For the price you would expect better quality. We will return.

This couch replaced a smaller loveseat and chair set on our apartment, and we couldn't be happier. Very comfortable and we can put up the sleeper for extra laziness. Fabric is easy to vacuum clean (dog hairs). Overall good quality

I like this couch. For the price the value is pretty great. I think the shorter side is more comfortable than the longer side. Also after about once use some of the screws in the pull out portion bent and I can no longer use that function of it. I requested the new part but because I was about to move states with it they wouldn’t send me the appropriate screws. Thankfully when you remove the back pillows the couch is wide enough for the average 5’5 human to sleep on.

Cushion is nonexistent and regret the purchase. Don’t recommend.

This was my first couch I purchased for my first apartment. I loved it for the first 2 years. It was comfortable to lounge on and I loved the pull out feature to sprawl on while I watch a movie. I’ve taken so many naps on it and it comfortable. After 3 years my couch is broken. It sags because the pull out function is broken. After pulling it out a lot the screws came off and completely sagged the couch. I am now looking to buy a new couch but very disappointed this did not last long. Do not purchase if you’re going to use the pull out function.

Looks good but is not comfortable at all. The cushions are hard and it’s super small. My feet hang over the chaise lounge but I guess that’s my fault for not doing a better job measuring. This will definitely go into a space like an office and another couch will be purchased to replace in the living room.

I purchased without seeing/testing the couch in-person. The couch is beautiful. It fits well in my apartment and can pair with almost any accent color. It is more spring/plastic than cushion so it’s very hard. The arm rest is non-existent. The sleeper is very easy to pull out and put away. I give it a three because of the armrests and the fact that it is sooo hard.

Overall the couch has held up in terms of guests sleeping on it (albeit probably uncomfortably), and I haven't had any mechanical issues. I chose this couch based on the price/color but for some reason not only did I not read reviews, I didn't even consider my own height for the chaise section. I'm 5'8 and if I sit with my legs out and the pillow behind me, my feet hang over. I would have to remove the pillow to fit, but then you end up sitting against a hard backing. It is cheaply made, and depending on how I sit down, I can hear it creak. If you don't use your couch a lot, it could be a good fit for a space not frequently used or if you're styling a model room. If you enjoy long movies, binge watching shows, etc. this is not the one. Also, if you have a kitten or cat and they "go missing" they've probably snuck up underneath it to sleep in the pocket.

The couch just isn’t comfortable. We’ve only had it for a few months and the sleeper part of the couch has already broken.

Looks wonderful, feels comfortable. I do hear a little squeaks sometimes but that’s only when someone heavy sits/jumps on the sides. Overall, a good purchase.

Couch is great for the money but the pull out sleeper is not reliable. We bought it as a guest bed in the dean, but the last two times we've used it, it's collapsed and our guests has fallen out of bed. While kinda funny, not so funny if someone got hurt, which is possible. It's cheap so I guess you get what you pay for but I expected more from Ashley.

A high quality sofa that had strong support cushions and yet it comfortable. We really like the shade of blue and the ability to fold out the cushion. A great value for money.
