Cons: Setup was trickier than it should have been due to poor directions and labeling of items. Hard to see the timer and heat setting due to length of tubes. Chair only holds 198lbs and has no arm rests to provide comfort while sitting Pros: Super Hot and works better than expected (had to turn down the heat 15 mins into 30 min session) Price point is amazing for how good this works Small footprint and easy to relocate in your home Easy to use Neck area is comfortable Arm slots don’t let out a lot of heat and allow you to be on your phone All the Cons can be upgraded with outside supplies

I have been using portable sauna for years and I got this one after my old one grew mold. This new design separates the frame and the fabric so it's easier to take the fabric out to dry and prevents mold. So far so good! The frame also seem more study. The you push and twist the connectors to get to the right angles, I like that a lot, much easier to set it up and put it down.

It works great, gets hot just like I wanted, glad it comes with a chair, love that it's big enough and small enough to be personal and fit in your home.Also love that it has the zipper openings so you can put your hand through if you need to grab your phone or remote. Once you set it up you can enjoy the quality of heat it brings

This product is great but it needs more leg room and to offer seat that can range for people that's bigger then 198 sum people maybe starting their weight lose and want to enjoy this also

Its easy to assemble and the chair is small but comfortable. I have been using it for abouts four weeks and not only am I loosing inches. I have had the best rest using this machine

This steam sauna is a wonderful option to have if you don't have access to a infrared sauna in your home. Expect to have friends test it out as well… the second to last picture is of my friend that asked to use it. The look on his face says that he approves!

I've been looking for a steam sauna for awhile. I purchased this one and like it more than i thought I would and have used it everyday since receiving. I sit on the floor and put my entire body in the "tent" I would say the cleaning aspect might be a little difficult, but I've been managing so far.

Great before bed is so relaxing. Plastic frame difficult to put together- it wants to come apart. Using it a few times, the heat helped the plastic stay in place. It is tricky climbing over the frame to get inside. Need good balance and cannot be too big or won't fit. Chair inside is small but adequate. Overall I'm happy to use this! gym sauna is closed for covid, this warms and relaxes, is affordable, and can be put away easily. I'm up to 15 min at full steam - breath meditation helps.

The instructions were not as helpful as they should have been. There are no step-by-step instructions or labeling the parts for clarity. You have to look at the pictures and figure it out. Also, the parts didn't match the instructions, so my sauna didn't turn out exactly as advertised. It does steam very well and easily. I do wish there were aftercare instructions to prevent the fabric from becoming moldy or damaged over time.

The steam is great! Gets real hot. The steam unit is well made and remote works good too. My issue is with the frame. Its cheap and wasn't cut length right. Had to trim to fit it.

Easy to assemble. Product as described. I use 5 times a week , helps with sore muscles. I work in a wearhouse , lots of walking and use of hands , almost like a body work out. It has help me tremendously as my arms where getting numbed during the night , my knees where hurting. It does helps the body and that is the main reason I bought the product . I do recommend.
