Convinced the chair that comes with this steamer is for a stuffed animal or doll. No fully grown human should attempt to sit on this tiny chair or risk a great fall. Took about 10 mins for the steam to come through on the highest setting (#9) but when it did I was sweating to the oldies in no time and could last the entire time I set out to....I will have to work up to that. I suggest getting your own lawn chair with a sturdy back and perhaps arm rests to make it more comfortable. They should get rid of the chair and the foot massage and take that $5 off the price as neithwr will be used by kost Im sure. At least make it optiinal and show how tiny the chair is.... I took pics but for some reason cant upload them. Will try again another day.

I actually love my personal sauna, however, last night while taking it down after I just used it, I noticed that the little plastic cup that goes inside with you was melted. I only had the heat set on #7, I usually do 8. I don't know what happened, but now I don't know if I can use it again. Love/hate relationship here now.

It really do the work! It's a little bit tricky to put the outside hose with the cabin sauna if you move or something happrn it get disconnected and is really hot to put together again. But after that EVERYTHING IS AMAZING

Be very careful when taking tent out of bag popped me in the mouth with the pressure other than that I've used it twice and it's simple to use I suggest putting a towel on your chair help you to get comfortable in the chair and avoid heat from getting to hot on ya..
