A fire table that looks great and is fully functional.

I purchased a 36" square table to place on our small patio off the side of my house. This fireplace table is beautiful, works well, and was easy to assemble. My husband and I put it together in about 20 minutes. It should be noted that it does not include a draft shield or a cover, so I highly recommend that you buy one as well. I really like the glass top and I keep a microfiber cloth in the stove to keep the glass clean. I also keep the cover on when not in use. The table is deep enough to hold some drinks and small plates when entertaining guests. While it does not produce enough heat for winter days, it provides a pleasant warmth for cool evenings.

Please read the entire review My wife and I decided to order one after visiting a relative who purchased this unit. It was very simple to assemble and came with easy installation instructions. It started up right away the first time and was exactly the same as our last experience... except... the cover (custom made to cover the entire unit) is an ugly tan beige color. The entire fireplace (except for the blue marble inside the fire pit) is an anthracite black color, unlike the first fireplace we saw which was also anthracite black. The aforementioned ugly tan beige color was disappointing and we have already contacted the manufacturer to have our cover replaced with a black cover from another unit. Other than that we love the superior materials and construction and have received many compliments on it. Unfortunately the cover on this unit ended up being a deal breaker for us and we would have returned it if we were unable to get a black cover. This would have been a solid 5 star review if the cover was black!!!

stars. It took me about 30 minutes to install from unboxing, assembly, and putting the lid on, no issues. All the parts, plus extras. Wish the lid was black with no writing on it, but that's fine. We'll see if it holds up to rain protection. Looks great, and is sturdy enough to last a few summers (fingers crossed). I was concerned about the fire button, as some reviews said they had issues with the button, but it works fine. Looking forward to summer nights of grilling. I got the black glass one, because I didn't like the large rock that came with it.

Warning, cannot be used as shown!

DO NOT EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO USE THIS FIRE PIT WITH THE CANNISTER STORED IN ITS CONVENIENT RACK! There was no mention of this issue in the on line description of the product, but after spending considerable time and effort assembling the fire pit I noticed a red paper enclosed with the instructions that indicated that the propane burner could only be used with the hose straight, not coiled in any way, and the propane cannister 5 feet from the burner or the hose could melt and start a fire. That totally negated our proposed use of the product. It is going back, but I have to get it to a Target store in order to return it. No small task in itself
