If you run into any issues with the crank on your Monster Jam ThunderRoarus Drop Playset, we recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps: When attaching the playset to the mounting piece, please ensure that you push down and completely secure all 8 connection points. Please ensure that the vehicle is being cranked all the way to the end of the pulley. Once the truck reaches the end, it will release the vehicle. Ensure that all the guidelines and instructions about the wall preparation are completed first. Please make sure that after you place the mounting base to the wall, you wait for the full 1 HOUR before adding the playset.     This thing takes up the entire room and you have to attach to your wall. It’s a little bit touchy as well when getting the car up. I wouldn’t recommend.

    The Thrills and Spills of the ThunderOarus Playset

    The ThunderOarus Playset is like stepping into a tiny monster truck arena—chaotic, colorful, and full of thrills (and spills). The ramps are fun, and the design has that over-the-top vibe you’d expect from a monster truck showdown. It’s definitely a hit with the little ones, who loved launching the trucks into the air like daredevils. That said, setting it up requires some patience (and maybe an engineering degree). The pieces don’t always snap together as smoothly as you’d hope, and a few parts came loose mid-play. Also, it could use a bit more variety—after a few runs, the kids were looking for ways to spice it up.

    Worked only 23 days

    Monster jam track

    This set has a wow factor when they open it, it's packaging is really big. My son really likes it and says it was his favorite Christmas present but has only played with it a couple times- it's one of those things. I think it was more the wow factor when he saw he got a huge package. It attaches to a wall with a command strip kind of thing so it's not permanent - but it's also not easily moved and this thing is large.

    Caution may be shipped in original box!

    Super excited to give this gift to my son for Christmas, however, please be aware that if you order this online it could ship to your house in the original box aka can 100% tell what is being shipped. Luckily I found it on the front porch before my kid did or that would have been an epic fail. So just plan accordingly if you plan on shipping it. Maybe ship it to grandmas house instead.

    Well played with but didn't last 6 months

    My boys absolutely LOVED this playset. They played with it as soon as they woke up until it was time for bed. Well apparently they played with it too much because it didn't last 6 months. The pulley stopped working and will not take cars up to the drop. I wish we could have figured out how to fix it but we couldn't, and I don't want to buy one every 6 months. I would recommend this toy though because my boys had so much fun with it while they had it.
