Up until recently I had long hair, lots of it but very fine, this gave me the perfect ponytail. Easy to use, secure and very comfy. Night recommend for a fuller looking ponytail

It was cheap and I wanted free shipping. For very fine and thin hair. It absolutely pulls out my thick waves. Ill probably regift it. Great if short on hair. Unusable if you have it.

Excellent product that works!! My ponytail is much fuller and thicker and looks a lot neater. Easy to use. Service from Kitsch was outstanding, I ordered from the UK and my order was tracked the whole way. A couple of days my order didn't move and they emailed to say they've noticed this and not to worry they'll chase if it's needed and will keep me updated and I don't need to do anything, sometimes it can take a few days delay. My order arrived a week later despite it being over Thanksgiving and even with the couple of days of no movement. (I think it was waiting for the container to set off to UK). I'd definitely buy again without hesitation.

Bought this,wish I hadn't bothered, you really cannot use it with fine hair, it's impossible to hide in the hair and says lightweight, it isn't! Want to return it but I have to pay return to USA and not worth the hassle!

Per total they are ok. Difficult to use it alone if nobody helps you. If think they are made for short, rare hair. I have long , voluminous and for ponytail the size of the tool is not enough .
