Q: Never mind the question about the anti-tip anchor. I guess it has to be fastened to the wall or something else more stable.

Terrible item
This cat tree is very confusing. Once I got it all put together although some of the parts did not line up exactly like they should. I was missing two screws and there's no anchor strap. It is very wobbly and I can't understand how cats are supposed to get on the top perch and the top Cube opening is blocked because of the post. I am returning it it is not worth the cost. Also the screw that attaches the top perch to the second Cube sticks out which could cause injury to Kitty's head

Perfect size for my cat to stretch out
The large platform is perfect for a a larger cat. The tower does wabble a bit despite my tightening the screws a couple times, but not a huge deal.

REALLY GOOD IF U HAVE A BIGGER CAT!

Spacious and useful
Not a lot of fluff in this product. Just two condos and a LARGE laying platform. Perfect for my 18lb cat who isn't a fan of small perches. He call lay out all he wants. It's more wobbly than I would like. I stabilized it by putting some foam blocks under the hanging condo but still some movement. Hasn't been a problem though. A reasonable price makes this an attractive option.

My lil one loves it
My cat loves this. Initially took some enticing to get her to use it, but she's in it daily. Claw's it a lot, but its hers :0) I used a battery powered drill with a bit to assemble it easier and quicker but out of the box, it contained everything you need to build it
