Love this oregano! It's a great value, and it is a really great addition to my dishes.

I use a LOT of herbs and seasonings in everything I prepare. I go through a lot of Oregano. So when I saw this big 16 ounce size, I thought I'd go ahead and get it. Very convenient for me, and a good price. AND I really like that it is Organically Grown. Good, good, good. It is common knowledge that it is not a good idea to keep herbs and seasonings around too long, because they lose their power / flavor / impact. So this jumbo bag of Oregano may not be the best idea for a lot of people who do very little food preparation. Best to use up one's supply in 5 or 6 months, and best to store that supply in a cool, dry, airtight, dark place. --- Not refrigerated, because you don't want any moisture to invade your herbs and seasonings, which can happen with a lot of things in the fridge. This is not a problem for me, because I go heavy Oregano both for flavor and health purposes!! The texture / size of the leaves are just right for me, and I appreciate that it has been sifted to remove the twigs and such. Excellent aroma and flavor. This is a very nice product and a very good buy. Kick your Oregano usage up, and get this Mediterranean marvel. Works for me.
