Fan works, but renire does not! Very disappointed, I have a bad back and looked forward to using the remote to control it, I have to get up from bed to change the settings often

Grill Locking Bolt.
Grill locking bolt. A tiny, quarter inch bolt and nut combo at one single point in the fan to hold the two pieces together. Took 40 minutes to remove so I could even put the fan together. Stripped the tiny screw that would not budge. Had to use two pairs of pliers to remove the screw, and even that took much force and patience. Cannot understand it. Got to scrape up all the metal in the process of getting it off. And this is not a dirt cheap box fan! Truly, how much could it have cost to put the bolt and nut in its own plastic bag?Blows fine I guess. Blades are plastic, grill is a nice fine metal. I expect better build quality.

I was getting tired of my old plastic standing fan. It was cheap, didn’t blow enough air, and wasn’t pleasing to look at. Found Holmes LuxeBreeze 16 inch Vintage chrome stand Fan and have not been disappointed at all. First, let’s talk about how it looks, it’s classy looking and never out of place. It’s heavy duty, made of metal, not cheap plastic. You could be thinking, I bet this thing is loud and I won’t be able to sleep with it on! Well your thinking is wrong, not only is it quiet enough to sleep but it has the power to keep you cool all night. It has three speeds and oscillates! Putting this together took all of 7 minutes once I had it completely out of the box, super easy set up. If you’re like me and tired of your old fan and looking to upgrade, look no further.

There are multiple setting of fan power. Assembly was fairly straightforward, but there is no screwdriver included which is worth noting. The fan is durable and made of good quality. Easy to use and provides an overall really good experience. With the hotter months coming, this fan is going to be extremely beneficial in our household.

Perfect for hot sleepers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Holmes LuxBreeze 16" Vintage Stand Fan in Chrome from Influenster complimentary for my honest review. Assembly was straightforward. Especially since some parts came preassembled. That was perfect! The instructions however, were printed in a very small font and difficult to read. I ended up assembling it without the instructions. The only downside is the noise levels. It gets louder and louder when you increase the level of speed.

Beware of missing parts and used items!
Received in a used damaged re-taped box and missing the metal part. Cheaply made and flimbsy to begin with- just frsutrating. Target is sending a replacement at no charge, so hey are at least attempting to course correct
