  • A: Hello and thank you for your question. We would advise that you follow the cleaning instructions found in the Information Manual. FAN CLEANING: (1) Always unplug the fan before cleaning. (2) Do not allow water to drop on or into fan housing. Use only a soft cloth moistened with a mild soap solution. (3) Do not use harsh chemicals such as gasoline, thinner, or benzene as a cleaner. FAN BLADE CLEANING: (1) Always unplug the fan before cleaning. (2) Remove the front grill by opening the clips located around the perimeter. (3) Clean the fan blade, front and rear grills with a soft clot moistened with a mild soap solution. (4) Securely fasten the front grill to the rear grill by closing the clips over ther perimeter. FAN HEAD, BASE, AND POLE CLEANING: (1) Unplug the fan. (2) Using a soft, moist cloth (with or without a mild soap solution), carefully clean the fan based, pole and head. (3) Use CAUTION around the housing area. Do not allow the motor or other electrical components to be exposed to water.     Cools me down very quickly

    I like that it is cheap and powerful. It makes me cold very quickly and I bought in store. It is somehow better than my 60$ tower fan.     I did not read the description well. I thought this had a remote control like past versions had. It needs one. If you're looking for good airflow, this might be your fan. It has a super strong airflow, even on the first level. It is lightweight yet surprisingly durable. It doesn't weigh too much. The description did say it wasn't very noisy. I disagree. Even on the first level, it's pretty loud. Just gets louder as you increase wind speed. I probably wouldn't buy it again. I need it a little quieter and with a remote. I won't return this one but won't buy it again.

    Why am I still being charged for these Fans when you duplicated the charges! Target took it upon themselves to cancel my order, but charged me twice on my Discover card for the $54.22 amount!
