Q: IS it easy to take apart to clean?

A: Hello and thank you for your question. We would advise that you follow the cleaning instructions found in the Information Manual. FAN CLEANING: (1) Always unplug the fan before cleaning. (2) Do not allow water to drop on or into fan housing. Use only a soft cloth moistened with a mild soap solution. (3) Do not use harsh chemicals such as gasoline, thinner, or benzene as a cleaner. FAN BLADE CLEANING: (1) Always unplug the fan before cleaning. (2) Remove the front grill by opening the clips located around the perimeter. (3) Clean the fan blade, front and rear grills with a soft clot moistened with a mild soap solution. (4) Securely fasten the front grill to the rear grill by closing the clips over ther perimeter. FAN HEAD, BASE, AND POLE CLEANING: (1) Unplug the fan. (2) Using a soft, moist cloth (with or without a mild soap solution), carefully clean the fan based, pole and head. (3) Use CAUTION around the housing area. Do not allow the motor or other electrical components to be exposed to water. The fan works good it keeps you cool. I will say it is loud but works strong. The real con with this fan is that the small screw and nut that it comes with is too small. It should of came in a its own pouch together because you could easily loose those parts. I had to look through the box and I could of fell through a hole. The screw was hard to screw on to the nut to hold together the fan grills. It ended up falling as i screwing it together and i lost it and never found it.

It was running all of 10 minutes before it stopped oscillating out of nowhere. That was literally the whole reason I bought this fan. I’ve tried everything and it works but just stays in one place. I can’t believe they’d sell something so clearly cheap.
