A: Absolutely! however, immediate protection shouldn't be required. Table frame is made from Pine wood, which is robust and durable.

This item is a piece of garbage. Very very low quality materials, I’ll be surprised it it lasts a summer. The wood is barely something you could call wood, with pieces that have been repaired with bondo, the holes don’t Line up, nothing is square. The bottle opener broke as soon as it was screwed on. It looks like a kid made it. Super disappointed. I bought it and didn’t open it or put it together until the return window had expired and I’m unable to return it my fault but what a doozy.

This outdoor table was a flimsy piece of junk. The wood was discolored, it was ladened with wood putty and some of the screws were rusty. I was very disappointed with this product and I will make sure I never buy anything from here again. Target needs to make surea that their 3rd party vendors sell decent merchandise, not this piece of crap.

What a disappointment! Several of the pieces came broken and the wood was so cheap. There were nails poking out the side and it was poorly cut, one piece had a whole clearly filled with putty. I returned it so fast.
