This table is beautiful. However, it’s not real wood and the faux laminate chips and scratches easily. Also, it is not water tolerant. If you leave a cup on the table without a coaster it will quickly start to bubble. If you catch it soon enough it doesn’t damage the table. But, if there is a nick on the table and water gets in, the cheap MDF will expand and you will be stuck was a “water zit” (basically a big raised bump on the surface) that will never go away. I should have read the details more closely and just saved up for a nicer quality table. This table is extremely overpriced even at a discount. $600 for a low quality table is ridiculous.
